This great view of Salem looking north on Commercial Street is a postcard circa 1907. Notice the muddy streets and the recognizable tower of the Capital National Bank/Globe Travel building on the left hand side of the street. The window sign in the left reads Steiner Drug Company and the banner along the building to the right reads: Henry Wiprut & Company, Cigars.
