About Our Event Venues

The Spinning Room

Our largest indoor venue space at 6, 384 square feet with capacity of up to 250 banquet or theatre, 200 classroom. You will have wonderful views of the grounds and millrace from the third floor of the historic Thomas Kay Woolen Mill (1896). The space is air-conditioned and has easy elevator access. The Spinning Room also has access to a kitchen. There is tremendous flexibility in layout and room usage. As a bonus you get access to the Card Room which can be utilized as a staging area, bridal suite, breakout room, kids room, and more!

$250 per hour or $2,550 per day*

Friday
$275 per hour or $2,800 per day*

Saturday
$3,450 per day*

The Dye House

At ground level and built over the mill race (The water rushing under the building is quite a sight to see!) this 2,200 square foot space has a capacity of 80 banquet or 100 theatre. It hosts beautiful wood floors and beams. This space is air-conditioned and has access to a kitchen. The rustic sliding barn door is excellent for beautiful weather days and adds a unique charm.

The Pleasant Grove Church

One of the oldest remaining Presbyterian churches in the state of Oregon (1858) is the perfect venue for weddings, lectures and presentations with a capacity up to 85. The Pleasant Grove Church sits on the hill overlooking the Willamette Heritage Center Grounds.

Standard Rates

$175 per hour

The WHC Lawn

Available for use between mid-June through October, our Lawn is an excellent spot for wedding ceremonies of up to 250 before heading to your reception in the Spinning Room or Dye House.  

Our outdoor wedding option provides you the opportunity to have your choice of either the Jason Lee House, the oldest frame structure still standing in the Pacific Northwest, or the Pleasant Grove Church, built in 1858, as the background for your ceremony.
