Join instructors from Oregon State University’s Extension Service to participate in food preservation classes at the Willamette Heritage Center.  

Intro to Pickling Vegetables: Exploring Fermenting and Quick Pickles

Monday, September 11th from 3 pm – 6 pm in the Dye House. 
$60 per person per class

Once you REGISTER you will receive an electronic invoice you can pay online or bring cash/check to the Willamette Heritage Center by Thursday, September 7th at 4 pm.
