Food Preservation: Intro to Pickling Vegetables

Living in the agriculturally rich Mid-Willamette Valley, at home food preservation has been an essential part of our heritage for many generations.

Join instructors from Oregon State University’s Extension Service to participate in food preservation classes at the Willamette Heritage Center.  

Intro to Pickling Vegetables: Exploring Fermenting and Quick Pickles

Monday, September 11th from 3 pm – 6 pm in the Dye House. 
$60 per person per class

Once you REGISTER you will receive an electronic invoice you can pay online or bring cash/check to the Willamette Heritage Center by Thursday, September 7th at 4 pm.
