About the speaker:
James M. Masnov is an adjunct professor of history at Chemeketa Community College and the author of Rights Reign Supreme: An Intellectual History of Judicial Review and the Supreme Court (published by McFarland Books). His work has also been featured in other academic and general-readership publications, including Pure Insights, Past Tense, and the Oregon Encyclopedia.
