The Willamette Heritage Center (WHC) is conveniently located in downtown Salem, just three blocks from the Oregon State Capitol at 12th and Mill Street. The WHC offers an attractive location for any meeting or event.

WHC is home to a charming, five-acre, park-like site, with 14 historic buildings and homes, including the Thomas Kay Woolen Mill. All of which are on the National Register of Historic Places. This one-of-a-kind site is picturesque and peaceful with a millrace stream dividing the lush landscape.

WHC offers multiple meeting spaces, which can accommodate intimate parties of 50 or less, or larger groups up to 350, including free parking with 200 spaces available on-site.

Standard Rates:

• Sunday through Thursday – $200.00 per hour needed or $2,200.00 for the day (maximum of 14hrs)
• Friday – $225.00 per hour needed or $2,400.00 for the day (maximum of 14hrs)
• Saturday – $250.00 per hour needed or $2,700.00 for the day (maximum of 14hrs)
• An additional $700.00 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is 90% refundable providing the venue is left in proper condition and all guidelines have been met.

• $200.00 for up to 3hrs

• $115.00 per hour

• Outdoor location surrounded by trees and foliage with a choice of backgrounds: The Jason Lee House, (1841) said to be one of the oldest standing frame houses in the Northwest, the millrace, or the Pleasant Grove Church (1858)

• Capacity: 40 banquet, 40 theatre, 30 classroom, 20 conference
• 888 square feet
• $60/hour
• An additional $150.00 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is 90% refundable providing the space is left in proper condition and all guidelines have been met.
