My mother, Ursula Bassett, identifies the gentleman on far right Frank Smith, principal of Mill City High School. My mother, age 92, grew up in Mill City and recognized him. Could this be a faculty photo? Her graduation was only 12-15 in her class so the high school was small but she did not recognize any others as teachers, I see several in the photo seem to have name tags.
