This photo is from a collection of scrapbooks donated to the Marion County Historical Society in 1983. It is unmarked. Does this building look familiar? Most of the photos in the album are of Salem buildings, but there are some other images of mining that may be from further afield. The photo probably dates to sometime between 1883 and 1920 based on the state of the known buildings and the clothing in the other photographs in the album.
