Dallas College was a school affiliated with the United Evangelical Church that operated in Dallas, Oregon from 1900-1917 (check out this website for an interesting look into Oregon Colleges that have moved or been renamed).

U.S. Census records show Charles C. Poling, clergyman, living on Washington Street in South Dallas in 1910 with his wife and four children.  The 1900 U.S. Census, shows Poling living in Layfayette, Yamhill County, Oregon.
