This poster, depicting the presidential campaign by Wendell Willkie and Oregon politician and Salem native Charles Linza McNary in 1940, was given to the WHC in memory of Elmore and Anna Hill.  McNary should be a familiar name for most residents of the mid-Valley…McNary Dam, McNary High School, McNary Field were all named in his honor.
